This policy explains what personal data Lucid Webworks (“Lucid Webworks”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and the answers you give about your project, budget and timing.
• Free audit requests: your website address and email.
• Basic technical data: the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which channels bring enquiries.
• Analytics, only if you accept: Google Analytics measures pages viewed and actions such as opening the quote form. It is not loaded until you click Accept.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare and share a quote, book a call you ask for, send the audit you request, and improve this website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms or by accepting analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run this website: Netlify (hosting and database), Resend (email notifications), Calendly (call booking, when you choose to book) and Google Analytics (only with your consent). Some of these providers may store data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or for as long as we have a working relationship, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent. Email thelucidweb@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and storage

We store your analytics choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Our team uses a separate setting on its own devices so that its visits are never counted.
